I feel alone
Strange in my town
Bitter feeling carrying me down
I feel sad
I Miss my dad
No longer glad
Hypocrisy were shown
Monster inside me has grown
Lies they blown
In grudge they drown
I am suffocated
I feel amputated
My eyes with sadness participated

A cold front moves in
The wind gusting through the trees 
Hues of yellow, orange, red and browns
Swirling in the air
Before they reach their fate

She walked into his viewing…to see him one last time 
At a country chapel, as the bell in the tower chimed

She approached the casket, slipped an envelope against the silk lining
She left quietly, without a trace…no guestbook signing

Within the envelope, there contained a letter, that was never sent
